Classes are health and wellness-based, intimate, and personalized. Taught by Pamela Grubb LSW, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT of Mindful Yoga
Bring a yoga mat or towel, bug spray, and water. Optional but Suggested: Blanket, 2 blocks, strap/tie, small throw pillow. Social Distancing will be followed. Masks optional.
Classes are non-refundable and may be moved to Mindful Yoga for bad weather. Credit card convenience fees will be applied.
Fee: $20 per class
Get back to nature and release energy on the mat on the evening of the full moon. Practice includes Salutation to the Moon (Chandra Namaskara) sequence with variations. Bring your Yoga Mat or large towel, throw pillow, and lightweight blanket to cover at the end of relaxation. All sessions start at 6 pm

Yoga & Meditation
An all-levels hatha yoga class focusing on breath awareness and mindful movements. Emphasizing stability and comfort within postures. Each class ends with a guided relaxation and meditation. Bring a yoga mat or large towel, small throw pillow, and light blanket for relaxation/meditation. Sessions take place Tuesday evenings at 6pm between July 13 and August 10.
