Classes are non-refundable and may be moved to Mindful Yoga or indoors at Hawthorn Hollow for bad weather. Credit card convenience fees will be applied.

Lunar Yoga

Fee: $20 per class
Get back to nature and release energy on the mat on the evening of the full moon. Practice includes Salutation to the Moon (Chandra Namaskara) sequence with variations. Bring your Yoga Mat or large towel, throw pillow, and lightweight blanket to cover at the end of relaxation.  All sessions start at 6 pm

Meditation to Decrease Stress

No Experience Needed

Learn the 5-steps for a daily practice to cultivate inner awareness and peace of mind. This systematic approach develops and supports your inner journey leading to a healthier and more joyful life. Each week includes lecture, discussion, practice, breath awareness, finding a good seat, and techniques to quiet, focus, and harness your busy mind.

  • Thursday, June 16: Moving from the outside in (Kosha Model)
  • Thursday, June 23: Overcoming the obstacles of the mind. (Kleshas)
  • Tuesday, June 28: Your home practice
