in the calm of Hawthorn Hollow.
Classes are health and wellness-based, intimate, and personalized. Taught by Pamela Grubb LSW, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT of Mindful Yoga
Bring a yoga mat or towel, bug spray, and water. Optional but Suggested: Blanket, 2 blocks, strap/tie, small throw pillow. Social Distancing will be followed. Masks optional.
Classes are non-refundable and may be moved to another location or Zoom for bad weather. Credit card convenience fees will be applied.
Fee: $20 per class
Get back to nature and release energy on the mat on the evening of the full moon. (So needed at this time) Practice includes Salutation to the Moon (Chandra Namaskara) sequence with variations. Bring your Yoga Mat or large towel, throw pillow, and lightweight blanket to cover at the end of relaxation.
