Pond Discovery – Frogs & Toads

Learn about the amphibians and insects that call Hawthorn Hollow home. During this family day program, participants will have a unique opportunity to explore Hawthorn Hollow’s pond and observe critters that live there using aquatic nets, viewers, and scientific equipment. Our instructor will teach you about the lifecycle of a frog. Recommended for ages 6+, due to close proximity to water. Parents must accompany children.
This program is for families and adults (kids 3 and under are free). this is a 90 minute outdoor program, so please dress for the weather!
