Buckthorn Volunteer Day

Removal of invasive buckthorn is important to slow its spread and limit its ability to outcompete native vegetation. Help us combat this common invasive species on Saturday, November 2nd from 10am-12:30pm at our Fall Buckthorn Removal Volunteer Day!
Please bring your own gloves if you have them. Long sleeves, pants and closed-toe shoes are also recommended. We will meet in front of the Nature Center at 10am. If you have any questions about the event or about volunteering with us, email eleonard@hawthornhollow.org.
