What to look for in your first telescope

Our resident astronomers will be presenting a clinic on how to choose a telescope that best suits you. We will give you information on types of telescopes, features to look for, price ranges, and what to expect from a telescope.
There will be a Q&A session after to help you decide what options are available and help you make the wisest choice.

Whether you are looking to buy for yourself, a family member, a friend, or a total stranger we can help you sift through the many choices out there to hopefully not end up with a dust collector.
